Becoming financially responsible has been a huge topic in our home recently. With two older kids we want to make sure they are fiscally responsible and we know it’s our job as parents to make sure they are ready for the real world. We have set up budgets and jobs for all of our kids, but it can be difficult to distribute that money to them. Gone are the days of a piggy bank. Skillshare: Learn New Skills and Hobbies from Anywhere!

When I come across amazing sites like Skillshare I just have to stop for a moment and really soak in what a great time it is to be alive. Nothing like this was even possible 10 years ago. If you wanted to learn a new skill the answer would unanimously be “go to school; enroll in a college course”. You had to go to college to learn new skills or go dig up a library book and hope it had all the information you needed, but now with Skillshare you can learn right in your own home (possibly even with your PJ’s still on).
