 It’s hard not to feel judged as a mom in this electronic day in age, everywhere you turn you hear moms criticizing other moms parenting skills, articles contradicting each other on how to take care of your baby and your own self-doubt making you question if you are doing a good job. But there’s a secret underneath all that negativity a secret the rest of the world doesn’t share with you enough; you are a great mom. That’s right… you are a great mom and even if nobody else recognizes it, your baby does.

WaterWipes - Providing the Best Wipes for Your Little One

Part of being a mom for me is making sure products my family consumes are going to make them healthy and happy. My family’s health means everything to me. I hate seeing my kids sick or hurt, and if that comes from a product I buy I can’t even begin to explain the guilt I feel. When my oldest was a baby I bought some new wipes I had never used before, and they gave her one of the worst rashes I had ever seen. I was devastated! She was sore for over a week, and I felt like a terrible mom. This is something that has probably happened to every mom, and in no way does it mean you are a bad mom. That’s just part of being a parent. Luckily we can learn from our own and other’s mistakes to help us provide what’s best for our family.

When you are a first-time mom, everything is new, overwhelming and sometimes scary. You have so many things running through your mind, and there isn’t a book in the world that can completely prepare you. When I was pregnant with my first baby, I was terrified—but not terrified about pregnancy or caring for a fragile little human being—I was terrified about delivery. There were so many unknowns, toward the end of my pregnancy I couldn’t stop thinking about what could go wrong and wondering, “Can I really do this?”
