I have been doing car reviews for years now, trying out many different models and many different features. Yet only one car sparks an excitement in me like a child on Christmas morning; The KIA Sorento. I have tested many different years of this amazing SUV and they all bring it! I have driven the 2013, 14, 15 and now the 2016. None of which have ever been a disappointment.

We recently went on a family adventure to Colorado, when we do family travel we REALLY do family travel! On this trip we had an aunt, grandparents, kids and my husband and I. Logistically this can be difficult, normally we would have to pile into two different cars which can take away from the fun of traveling together as a family, but we were able to try out the new 2016 Outlander which seats seven!

We recently tested out a pretty sweet crossover SUV in one of my favorite cities, NYC! At first it was a little daunting (the thought of trying to navigate the city), but that’s what our Mazda CX-5 was there for. With a great navigation system and sport mode we were ready to take anything on. Let me just warn you that driving in the city isn’t for passive or timid drivers and having a vehicle that has your back is always a plus. Whether you are driving in a big city or out in the country the Mazda CX-5 will have everything you need.

When getting a new family vehicle I have found that you don’t want to skimp on comfort and space. I recently tested out the new 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander and it definitely checks off those two boxes. With three rows of seating and room for up to seven people it makes for a great family vehicle. Life with kids can get complicated when it comes to transportation; one day you need seats for your kids and their friends and the next you are attempting to ship off a school project that will take up your whole back seat—you need versatility.
