Easy Chicken & White Bean Chili

Every year before going Trick or treating growing up, my mother would always make a hearty chili for all of us to eat. Her reasoning was that since we were going to go out into the cold AND get loaded up on sugar, then at least she could feed us something nice and hot as well as healthy first. And so now years later I cannot think of October without thinking of chili. As much as I love the traditional chili recipe I grew up with, as I got older I cam e to LOVE Chicken White Chili! This is a really easy recipe that is savory and extremely healthy.

Mamas Monday Meals: Super Easy and Savory Potato Soup! Perfect For Fall!

Fall is here, and with it cold windy days. Yesterday it was a particularly chilly afternoon so as I was thinking about what to make for dinner soup popped into my mind. I wanted something that was quick, easy, and savory which is why I chose easy potato soup.

Mamas Monday Meals: Simple, Savory and Healthy Pasta Carbonara!

Here is one dish you will want to save!! This is huge favorite at our house! This is a dish that can pretty easily be customized to fit the likes or dislikes of every family member.

Want chicken? Go ahead and add it! Want more veggies? Just add them! We used turkey bacon to make it a little more healthy, you could also do a whole grain pasta and egg whites only. And voilà! you have a super healthy dinner for your family! Or you could take this in the opposite direction and make it super delectable it's really up to you! You get the point... this dish is like "mad libs" in a bowl, mix and you can match any ingredients you want.
