Must Have Bourbon-Salted Caramel Chocolate Fudge!

Is there anything more decadent and delicious than a good piece of fudge?

Yes. Yes, there is. If you take that fudge and top it with bourbon caramel and flaky sea salt, you’ll make it even better.

The resulting fudge is sweet, but not too sweet, and has a nice balance of richness and saltiness. And it’s actually pretty easy to make!

Easy Chicken & White Bean Chili


Every year before going Trick or treating growing up, my mother would always make a hearty chili for all of us to eat. Her reasoning was that since we were going to go out into the cold AND get loaded up on sugar, then at least she could feed us something nice and hot as well as healthy first. And so now years later I cannot think of October without thinking of chili. As much as I love the traditional chili recipe I grew up with, as I got older I cam e to LOVE Chicken White Chili! This is a really easy recipe that is savory and extremely healthy.

Make It Yourself Monday: No-Bake Clif Bars!! Easy, Yummy & Healthy!

This weeks "Make it Yourself Monday" is a recipe!

I thought these would be awesome to have on hand this summer for picnics, hikes, camping and more!

We love Clif bars at our house so I am more than willing to try out a homemade version.

These are sweet, chewy, a little crisp and packed with flavor!

These are sweetened with brown rice syrup, don’t include any sugar and are gluten-free.

These make an awesome snack, and are a perfect substitution for breakfast or lunch if you’re running late or on the go.
