Thailand… a destination most travelers long to visit. There’s just something so intriguing with the culture, the sites and all the amazing nature it holds. We recently had the opportunity to visit Bangkok and it was definitely a unique experience we will always remember. While we loved the culture, the incredibly friendly people and seeing all sites, but there was one detail that made our trip even more amazing, and that was where we stayed. When looking for a hotel I wanted something family friendly, comfortable and located in the heart of Bangkok. I knew as soon as I saw U Sathorn I had found the perfect resort for our family.

“Travel with kids”, sometimes the very words can make a parent panic. It can be hard enough to fly with one or two people, but throw a kid into the mix, and things get complicated. Well… that’s my life. We travel constantly with our two kids in tow. While I feel they are well-behaved kids and I love traveling with them, they inevitably complicate some parts of travel. I am always making sure they are fed, happy, and comfortable. This isn’t always easy, and I am always on the lookout for tools that can help me do the job.

I don’t know a single person that hasn’t planned out exactly what they would do if they won. We all dream of that possibility and hope we can be the lucky ones.

I have a special place I want to share with you today! As a family we are always on the lookout for new and fun activities for our kids to experience, but on our recent trip to Johor we found a place that our kids will never forget: The Angry Birds Activity Park. For me, location is everything when I travel, for most of our travels we don’t have a car so we always want to be as close to all the attractions and must see areas as much as possible. So when we went to Johor Bahru the Amari was an obvious choice. It is located in the heart of Johor Bahru and is within walking distance of so many sites. Luckily you can also easily grab an Uber if you want to explore further out.
