If you don’t know by now, I am a huge fan of Embassy Suites in general. You can read here why it’s our family’s first choice when visiting NYC, but I want to talk to you a little more about the particular perks of a family stay with Embassy Suites Secaucus.

While some destinations seem to maintain a bright sunny reputation, the kind of reputation that would get you an instant loan if you walked into a bank with it, others are left forever scarred by an image that the best PR company in the world can’t quite fully change. There are places on this planet filled with more beauty and intrigue than Travel + Leisure’s top locations to visit in 2016, and yet they don’t get the credit and they certainly don’t get the tourism dollars they should.

Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner: Your Ultimate DC Family Hotel

I have a list of hotels that I rely on for a certain feel - an appeal that only they can provide, or their so-called niche. Whether it’s an international destination or here at home, I have my "go-to hotel.” Be it NYC, Paris, London, Tokyo, LA, or even New England in the fall, I know where I am going to feel completely taken care of and relaxed.

The Most Underrated Event You Need to Attend - Plus Five Ways It Changes You

There are few events that I would recommend for anyone of any age and interests, but there is one that I believe will have a positive effect on anyone that attends. Green Valley Ranch: Where Families Play In Vegas

It can be tough taking your whole family to Vegas, as planning a completely kid-friendly time seems complicated. The city went through a very small period of being family-friendly, but those days are definitely gone. I love heading to Vegas for a girls’ weekend or to get away with my husband, but occasionally it’s nice to head to warmer weather with the kids too.

About Mamas Spot

We are a family of four that left it all behind to go travel the world. No, literally we left it all. We sold all of our possessions, packed what we could into four suitcases and said goodbye to suburban life. All we own is now pulled behind us as we travel to new and exciting destinations. Showing our kids the world and teaching them about new cultures, food, and ways of life is now our 9-5.

We love watching our kids learn, and learning along side them. Together we have now explored many new countries, visited family on the other side of the world, and made memories that will last a lifetime.

Welcome to our journey!
