Today I get the privilege of talking about two of my favorite things... coffee and friends! And in my opinion they go hand in hand; there's nothing better than an amazing cup of coffee and the company of good friends. Did you know that today is National Coffee Day? I'm not kidding, it really is National Coffee Day! Anyone else doing a little happy dance? Located in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood at 199 Lafayette Street (at the corner of Broome Street), the Central Perk commemorative pop-up shop will serve free cups of Eight O’ Clock Coffee and feature authentic memorabilia including the iconic orange couch and improv musical acts reminiscent of Phoebe’s "Smelly Cat.”
The pop-up shop will be open to the public September 17 – October 18.
Don't you just love the "Smelly Cat" episode? It's by far one of my favorite episodes and I absolutely loved all of Phoebes "songs" that she sang at the coffee shop.
