Thailand has been a favorite destination for our family for years now and we always look forward to the next adventure to be had there. The culture, the sites and all the amazing nature it holds makes it a great place to explore and have fun. We discovered years ago that where you stay can make a big difference for your trip. On our last trip we chose The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside.
There is something special about being on one of the rivers while staying and Bangkok and as the name suggests this Ramada property is right on the river. The views out of the windows of our amazing two room suite were captivating. Our whole family loves watching all the boats cruising up and down the river.
The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside is definitely a great family friendly hotel and has rooms and suites to accommodate the whole family. Having a bit of separation occasionally from the kids is a nice break during a vacation and they always appreciate a little more room as well.
The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside has a complimentary shuttle boat to take you to the BTS station so you can easily explore all of Bangkok. Our kids love taking the boat as often as they almost feel like it’s an attraction in its own right.
We found that with the boat service and the tuk-tuk shuttle to Asiatique we never even needed a taxi during our stay. Asiatique is an amazing night bazaar that is a sight to be seen and only a 5 minute walk from the Ramada.
From now until October 31st you can enjoy a complimentary upgrade to the Executive Lounge. This was one of our favorite features of staying with the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside as full club benefits include breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails and canapé. Any time my daughter hears that a hotel has tea time she gets so excited. It’s one of her favorite things and she absolutely loved the Ramada’s tea time. The spread for each setting was very well done and I was impressed with the selections of local dishes offered. This was the icing on our stay and makes you excited to head back from a long day of exploring.
