There are some cities you go to for the experience, for the chaos of it all. This is Bangkok for me. So much happening all around you. It can be a bit overwhelming at times. The smells, so many people and so much to look see everywhere you look.

For me, location is everything when I travel, for most of our travels we don’t have a car so we always want to be as close to all the attractions and must see areas as much as possible. So when we went to Johor Bahru the Amari was an obvious choice. It is located in the heart of Johor Bahru and is within walking distance of so many sites. Luckily you can also easily grab an Uber if you want to explore further out.

When most think of pristine beaches and clear water there are probably a lot of places that come to mind, but I can only think of one island and one resort that I would go back to over and over again. That place is Summerbay Resort on Lang Tengah. Malaysia has so much to offer travelers and Summerbay on Lang Tengah is one of those jewels.
