So I have really dropped the ball on Workout Wednesday and the Mamas Challenge!
I think I really started to become let down by my progress and apparently ignoring everything weight loss related was my short term solution.
I know it is important for me to do these post, so I will make sure I keep it up from now on.
My progress so far has been pretty pathetic! I have lost 2 pounds, yippee! (I'm being sarcastic) We now are going into June and I'm not doing to well.
I do have hope, I have started bike riding with my husband and I really enjoy it and it's also a good workout.
The days have started getting warmer in my neck of the woods, which makes it a lot nicer to go outside and get some exercise.
So I am going to try to put everything I have into working out and eating right this month and hopefully June will be better than May was.
