Here is the last update on the Step 2 Play and Shade Patio Set:

Due to a pricing error on the Step2 patio and shade play set an over abundance of orders were received. Unfortunately the supplier was not able to fill all of the orders and therefore you will not be receiving the play set you ordered. 

I apologize for the incorrect pricing issue and for the inconvenience this caused. This certainly is not the level of service to which we aspire. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to serve you and to that end we have included a $50 off $50 savings certificate* for you to use on your next online order. It makes me so happy to see companies who understand the  inconvenience of order mistakes.

I think they went way above what they had to do. It's too bad that no one will get the Step 2 Play and Shade Patio Sets, but $50 definitely makes up for that!
