Easy

It's only been 2 weeks since I decided to kick myself in the butt and start exercising and eating right, but I can already feel the amazing effects!

I have kept my calories in check and have been working out when I can. I usually prefer bike riding, but I have decided to go jogging a few times a week as well.

Nothing gets my heart rate up like jogging! In fact I feel like my heart is going to come bursting out of my chest! Laughing

I can manage to do a mile before I can't take it anymore. I know it sounds pathetic, but every bit counts!

I have lost 3 pounds and I'm pretty happy about that!

If you haven't lost weight yet, don't stop working out! Everyone is different and as long as you keep working on it, it will happen!

I would love to hear what you are doing to stay motivated.

Every time I walk past the pantry or fridge I just keep reminding myself of my goals and that snaking on unhealthy food won't help me reach them!
