My kids' safety is my top priority like It is with all parents, but what does “keeping your kids safer” even mean anymore? I have had a love for yoga for as long as I can remember, but if I’m being honest I’m not always fan of the yoga class. My schedule is hectic and I just can’t always commit to be somewhere at a set time every day. I also don’t fit into the typical yoga body type mold and it can feel uncomfortable at times to be one of the only overweight people in the room. I feel yoga is amazing for any body type and I don’t want to feel negative at all while doing something I love. I have tried doing my own moves at home, but I always feel like something is missing; until I found bulldog yoga!

When most think of pristine beaches and clear water there are probably a lot of places that come to mind, but I can only think of one island and one resort that I would go back to over and over again. That place is Summerbay Resort on Lang Tengah. Malaysia has so much to offer travelers and Summerbay on Lang Tengah is one of those jewels.
